"La Cocina’s cuisine was fresh, flavorful, and a big hit with everyone at our event, even before the meeting happened.
The rotisserie chicken was tender and well seasoned. It was definitely a hit. The salmon was especially popular. It was interesting making sure everyone had some before folks came back for seconds. The maduros were sweet, caramelized just right, and disappeared quickly. The pepper steak was cooked very well. Many asked for steak essence or juice to be drizzled over their rice. The rice was seasoned well and stayed moist throughout the meal, paired really well with everything else on the menu.
A definite highlight of the night was the surprise tres leches cake included for dessert. It really made the meal feel special and memorable for our team. Overall, we would happily order from La Cocina again to cater future events."
